We have a simple Billing & Accounts Portal, which gives clients access to:

  • All Invoices

  • All Quotes / Estimates

  • Payments Made

  • Statements of Accounts

  • Make Secure Payments Online

Our ClientPortal.

If your a Social Media Management Customer, or a Client which has a SAAS Product ( A service which is ongoing) we produce a streamline customer portal, which you have direct access to:

  • Your Files & Documents

  • Analytics

  • Results from Campaigns

  • Information on all Services & Project Management

How it works…

If a Client Portal is needed, we will invite you to a Secure Site, which you can access at anytime by Logging in with Google via CraigMillar | Verify.

On Each Monthly Invoice email, a secure link will be attached to your email, with direct access to your portal, however, if you need to access your portal, at anytime, you can access it by logging in via our Login.

For Example, if your Business is CraigMillar Haulage Ltd your username will be craigmillarhaulageltd

Our Verify System completes some verification checks, and tries to automatically login using SSO (Single Session Sign-On), if it doesnt recognise your login, or IP address, you will be required to login using your registered email address via Google.
