Logo & Branding Design Contract

7. Revisions and Alterations:

8. Limitation of Liability:

a. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the logo and branding design services provided under this Contract.

b. The total liability of the Company, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client under this Contract.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
