Client Refund Policy

b. Non-refundable services will be clearly communicated to the client prior to the initiation of the project or service.

7. Dispute Resolution:

a. In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations to resolve the issue.

b. If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiations, the parties may seek mediation or other alternative dispute resolution methods before pursuing legal action.

8. Amendments to the Policy:
