Client Cancellation Policy

This Client Cancellation Policy (SEO) Contract (the "Contract") is entered into between CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design (the "Company") and [Client's Full Name] (the "Client") effective as of [Contract Start Date].

Client Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel their subscription with CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, the following Client Cancellation Policy is in place:

1. Cancellation Notice:

a. Clients are required to provide a minimum of one month's notice prior to the desired cancellation date.

b. The cancellation notice should be provided in writing via email or other written communication methods.

2. Cancellation Fee:

b. Failure to settle outstanding payments may result in additional collection efforts and potential legal actions to recover the owed amount.

6. Effect on Deliverables:

a. Upon cancellation, clients will no longer have access to any deliverables, assets, or intellectual property created by CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design during the subscription period.

b. The client is responsible for the backup and retrieval of any necessary data or assets before the cancellation takes effect.

7. Rejoining or Re-subscribing:

a. Clients who wish to rejoin or re-subscribe to CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design services after cancellation will be subject to the availability of subscriptions and current pricing.

b. Rejoining or re-subscribing does not waive any previous cancellation fees or obligations.

8. Amendments to the Policy:

a. CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design reserves the right to modify or update the Client Cancellation Policy at any time.

b. Clients will be notified in writing of any changes to the policy, and the updated policy will be applicable to any new cancellations following the notification.

By continuing with the subscription or making use of CraigMillar | Digital Marketing & Web Design services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the Client Cancellation Policy.
